We created a humorous campaign highlighting the universal desire for a comfortable home. A surreal TV spot depicted a family comically navigating an impossibly cramped “no-space” home, struggling to coexist. The message: “Small spaces…no spaces…small rates. Live life to the fullest in your own home.” The campaign ran across TV (premium programming), outdoor (high-traffic locations), and digital channels (targeted ads, interactive content, online loan applications). The relatable scenario resonated, driving a significant increase in mortgage loan interest and applications, sparking conversations and social media engagement. The campaign solidified Tirana Bank’s position as a trusted partner for Albanian families seeking homeownership.
